OVERVIEW

We believe one of our most valuable assets is our employees. And in order to attract some of the best talent, we feel it’s key to invest in our people. We create a fun work environment by providing team BBQ’s throughout the year and putting on an annual Holiday dinner.

We focus on keeping our people healthy through paid wellness screenings and not raising the employee portion of health care premiums for the past three years. We also offer employees personal financial wellness visits from local financial institutions. We have a robust recognition program and work hard to build a positive team environment. We offer weekly jean days and raise money not only for local charities but also for our people that may need a little extra help at the holidays.
