July Employee of the Month: Andrew Stoddard

Congratulations to Andrew Stoddard, our July Employee of the Month!

Andrew maintained a positive attitude and demonstrated remarkable perseverance throughout a particularly challenging month. Despite facing the highest amount of breakage of the year in July, along with a warehouse accident that resulted in three full pallets of broken beer, Andrew remained focused on maintaining quality standards. His attention to detail and dedication to properly handling and resolving these challenges helped ensure compliance while supporting the overall success of the department.

Andrew regularly goes above and beyond his normal responsibilities by taking ownership of difficult situations without hesitation. Even after being on vacation for a week, he worked diligently to completely clean and organize the breakage room in preparation for seasonal account closures at the end of summer. His willingness to tackle significant workloads and proactively prepare the department for upcoming needs demonstrates excellent initiative and accountability.

Andrew’s resilience, strong work ethic, and commitment to getting the job done encourage others to remain positive and focused, making him a valued role model within the team.
