Kona Big Wave is Proud to Support the Maui Disaster Relief and Recovery Efforts

Kona Big Wave is Proud to Support the Maui Disaster Relief and Recovery in partnership with United Way. Kona Big Wave is a brand that was originally born in Hawaii. Kona made a $50,000 donation to the Maui United Way and 100% of merch proceeds from the 2 new items will also be going to the disaster relief fund.

In addition, Anheuser-Busch and wholesalers have continued to work together to deliver cans of drinking water in the wake of the fires.

Our hearts go out to the people of Hawaii as they begin to recover from this tragedy.

At Anheuser-Busch, we have a long-standing commitment to supporting our neighbors during times of need including the distribution of water and supplies for emergency relief in partnership with the American Red Cross. Since 1988, Anheuser-Busch, together with you our wholesaler partners, has provided more than 90 million cans of emergency water for disaster stricken areas.

In the wake of the fires, we’ve been working with our partners to get aid and support to the local communities where it is needed most. We have now sent cans of Emergency Drinking Water by air that will arrive this week, with additional cans set to arrive by ship over the next few weeks, all which will be distributed through the American Red Cross.

Kona Big Wave, a brand originally born in Hawaii and still inspired by the spirit, culture and beauty of the islands, is donating $50,000 to Maui United Way. The brand will also introduce two new pieces of merchandise from which 100% of profits will go to United Way in support of the Maui Disaster Relief Fund.

As we always do, we are proud to leverage our production, distribution, and partnership capabilities to provide critical resources and relief to our neighbors in need. That’s who we are.
