Recently, during a week when his direct supervisor was out and the team was awaiting the arrival of new National team members, Jimmy approached the Operations Manager regarding his scheduled day off on Thursday. Recognizing that Thursday would be a much busier day in the warehouse, he volunteered to work that day and requested Friday off instead so he could help ensure the team had the support it needed.

This kind of dedication and willingness to put the team’s success first exemplifies what it means to be a great team player. Team members like Jimmy are what make our company culture truly one of a kind.
